Proposals of Stymest and Heller. – 22nd January 1872. – 2 pp. of textual records. This document (no. 2) forms part of a message presented to the New Brunswick House of Assembly by His Excellency the Lieutenant Governor on 13 March 1872. The proposal sets out the seven terms of agreement between Stymest and Heller and the government of New Brunswick for settling approximately 500 Scandinavian immigrants on crown land in New Brunswick. This document (no. 3) forms part of a message presented to the New Brunswick House of Assembly by His Excellency the Lieutenant Governor on 13 March 1872. The agreement, which was signed by George L.
